REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Please send the COMPUTER SLIP for your repeat prescription by post, fax, or call at the surgery. We regret that no prescription requests are taken over the telephone, but you can order them on-line here.

We require two working days' notice so please do not let your medicines run out. It is not possible to process your request while you wait. Prescription requests received on Fridays will not be ready until the following Tuesday afternoon. If you wish to have the prescription returned by post, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
