New Phone Assistant

To help improve access to the practice and reduce long waiting times on the phone, we are introducing EMMA, an automated phone assistant designed for NHS GP surgeries.

When you telephone the practice, EMMA may answer first. She will ask a few simple questions and make sure your request is passed to the right team.

With EMMA can help with many common requests, including appointment queries and routine administrative queries, and she can handle multiple calls at the same time so fewer calls are missed.
